At the Still Point

We are constantly faced with an endless flow of stimuli and information, and the need to organize and interpret this data stream. These paintings are made in response to this inundation. My intention is to slow movement down to a moment of stillness, suspending motion so that the pulse and energy at the centre may be closely observed.
